Features

Everything the bot does, in detail.

Tickets, done properly

A full panel designer: multiple embeds, buttons and dropdowns mixed together, each option with its own category, support roles, pings, questions and permissions. HTML transcripts you can open in your browser.

You build the panel visually: click an element in the preview and edit it on the right. Each option inherits from the panel, which inherits from the server settings — and you can override anything at any level. Claim system (with channel renaming and reservation), per-permission control over what the ticket opener can do, channel or private thread, closing category, questions asked in a Discord window before opening, and a full HTML transcript with avatars and attachments on close.

Ultra-detailed logs

50+ event types across 7 modules: messages (before/after, re-uploaded files), voice, moderation, roles, channels, members, server. The \u00ab who did it \u00bb resolved from the live audit log.

Every action becomes a clear embed: who did what, before/after, direct links. Deleted messages come back with their content and files even after a bot restart. Purges produce a full archive. You can send each event type to its own channel, ignore channels or members, tune retention, export to CSV, and the bot catches up on anything missed during downtime.

⚖️ Full moderation

Warnings, internal notes, timeouts, kicks, temporary bans, a numbered record, appeals, scheduled sanctions — plus mass operations with a mandatory preview and one-command undo.

Every sanction opens a numbered case that can be voided but never deleted, so the record stays honest. Hierarchy is checked before each action, with immune roles if you want them. Mass operations (add or remove a role, strip every role, strip every role carrying a permission, ban, kick) first show the exact count, ten examples and the members skipped, ask for a second confirmation past fifty, and can then be undone in one command. On top of that: prison — every role removed, a few channels left reachable, everything restored on release — and a server-wide lockdown that gives each channel back its exact previous state.

Verification at the door

A captcha on arrival, in four formats: in a channel, by direct message, on a single button, or through a link to the website. Enough to stop waves of fake accounts without bothering real members.

Channel mode shows the image, the member types the code, their message is deleted and they get three attempts before being kicked. DM mode deletes nothing. Web mode sends them to a page that checks their Discord identity before granting the role — never asking for permission to add the account to servers, the scope resold-account farms rely on. A rule set from the start: the captcha is delivered BEFORE the restrictive role is applied, so nobody ends up stuck if nothing reaches them, and /verifier is the universal way out.

🪙 Economy & shop

A currency earned by writing, in voice and through a daily reward, transfers between members, work, optional robbery, and a shop to spend it in — roles or items.

Everything is configurable: amounts, delays, booster multipliers, which channels and roles earn. The shop is the sink without which currency only piles up: an item can grant a role, with stock and a per-member limit. A role carrying a sensitive permission is never sellable, and that list is checked automatically on every release. On the anti-abuse side, we do not try to detect alt accounts — Discord gives neither IP nor fingerprint — we bound what they can yield, with a daily receiving cap. The leaderboard is based on what was earned, never on what was received: a fake first place by transfer is impossible.

Casino

Coin flip, European roulette, slot machine, horse race and blackjack. Closed by default, with a maximum stake, a daily loss cap and self-exclusion.

Each table's house edge is computed exactly, not estimated, and a test rejects any table that would pay out more than it takes: from 2 % on the coin flip to 6 % on the slots. Stake and settlement happen in the same write, and a blackjack hand interrupted by a restart is refunded rather than swallowed. Since this bot runs on servers with many younger members, anyone can close the tables on themselves with /casino-pause for as long as they choose — and that pause cannot be shortened by anyone, not even the server staff.

🎲 Channel games

Counting — a channel where everyone counts 1, 2, 3, and nobody may go twice in a row — and Bingo, a secret number the channel hunts for.

Counting keeps a record per channel, a leaderboard of the best counters, and marks the milestones. A mistake breaks the chain and everything restarts from 1, or not, depending on your setting. The trap in this kind of game is well known: two messages sent in the same second can validate the same number. Here the decision is made in a single database write, and a test proves it by having forty members write at exactly the same moment. Bingo reacts to every guess: 🔥 very close, 🌡️ nearby, 🧊 cold, with an optional prize for the winner and a timer.

Levels & XP

XP per message and per minute in voice, role rewards, XP multiplier, allow or block lists for channels and roles, and a fully customisable rank card.

Card layouts, several fonts, your colours and a background gallery, with a pixel-accurate preview — Premium adds more layouts, more fonts and your own background image. Voice XP skips AFK, muted or alone members. Reward roles stack or keep only the highest, with automatic removal. Levels can be imported from another bot via a file.

Auto-moderation

Fifteen detections tuned one by one — banned words, invites, links, caps, emojis, mentions, spam, duplicate messages, zalgo and the rest — each with its own action, its own exemptions and its own alert message.

Every detection has its own switch, its action (delete, warn, timeout, kick, ban), its infraction points, its cooldown, its exempt roles and channels. On top of that you compose your own automatic sanctions: after X points or X infractions within the window you set, this action for this duration, with a role added or removed if you want. Infractions stay available for review, points expire after the delay you choose, and a circuit breaker pauses the module if too many actions fire at once.

📝 Forms

Applications, ban appeals, surveys: custom questions, filled in Discord or on the web, access conditions and answers published automatically.

Up to ten questions across five types. Simple forms open straight inside Discord; richer ones use a clean web page — which also lets banned members appeal. One response per person, cooldown between submissions, required or blocked roles, opening and closing dates, anonymous answers, and CSV export.

Giveaways

Several giveaways at once, multiple winners, entry conditions and automatic draws — plus rerolls in one command.

Conditions by role, minimum account age and server age. The entry button is customisable, the draw runs automatically at the scheduled time, and you can add or remove time, end early, or reroll using the giveaway id.

Announcements & messages

Welcome, leave, ban and boost messages, scheduled messages, auto-responses and sticky messages — with an embed and image generator.

The embed builder gives a live Discord preview, and the image generator composes a custom banner with the member's avatar. Scheduled messages repeat daily or weekly on Paris time, auto-responses support five trigger types, and sticky messages stay pinned at the bottom of a channel.

🎭 Auto roles

A role on arrival, a role while in voice, or a role for those showing your link in their Discord status.

Three independent parts, each switched on separately. On arrival: one or several roles given to the new member as soon as they join. In voice: the role is added when they connect to a voice channel and removed when they leave, with allow and block lists for channels and roles. By status: the role is granted when the text you choose appears in the member's custom status, and removed as soon as it disappears.

🎭 Reaction roles

Let your members pick their own roles: by emoji reaction, by button or by dropdown, with a fully customisable message.

Three ways to self-assign a role: react with an emoji, click a button or pick from a dropdown. Five modes to choose from — toggle, inverse toggle, permanent add, permanent remove, or an ephemeral reaction — and for dropdowns, a single role at a time or several. The message is composed like an announcement, with multiple embeds and an image, and carries up to twenty-five roles. You can also attach roles to an already-published message. The same safeguards as auto roles apply: never an administrator role nor one above the bot.

Temporary voice channels

A lobby channel that creates a private voice room on the fly, deleted as soon as it empties, with a panel to rename it, lock it or hand it over.

Every member who joins the lobby gets their own voice channel, placed in the category you choose. The management panel appears automatically: rename, limit the number of seats, lock, allow or block someone, transfer ownership. When the last person leaves, the channel disappears on its own.

Full backups

A snapshot of the whole server: channels, roles, permissions, member roles, bans, emojis. Daily scheduling and targeted or full restore.

The backup keeps the exact structure, permission overwrites included, and who held which roles. Restore recreates what is missing, repairs what changed and gives members their roles back — with a strict mode that also deletes what was not in the backup.

Alerts & anti-sabotage

A sensitive role was granted? Instant alert with a staff ping and Remove / Legitimate buttons. Actions missed during downtime are caught up.

The bot watches dangerous permissions and alerts in real time, with staff-only buttons to undo the grant in one click. Configuration changes are themselves logged.

Stat channels

Channels whose name shows live numbers: members, boosts, open tickets… or any value coming from your own API.

You pick what the channel counts and the pattern of its name, the bot renames it whenever the number moves. Beyond the server counters, a channel can display a value fetched from your own API: players online, seats left, anything you want.

Search, records & profiles

Cross-referenced history by member, moderator or period, numbered sanction records, voice and invite statistics, username and avatar history.

Search the logs by member, by moderator or over a period, export to CSV, open a member's record, their voice hours, their invites, and every past username and avatar — images kept even after a change.

🎛️ Command manager

Enable or disable every command, and restrict it by role, channel or member. Custom prefix on top of slash commands.

Each command has its own switch and access rules, with global defaults. Slash commands also work with your prefix, and administrators can never lock themselves out.

💳 Free, with a Premium that lifts the caps

All of Pingly is available without paying: no module is locked. The free tier caps what an admin configures — never what a member does — and shows a discreet Pingly signature on member-facing surfaces.

Security is never paid for: auto-moderation detections, anti-sabotage alerts, verification at the door, moderation and restoring a wrecked server stay free and uncapped, whatever happens. We also never block opening a ticket, entering a giveaway or answering a form: caps apply to what an administrator creates, not to what a member uses. The dashboard permanently shows what your server consumes, so you see a cap coming before you hit it. Premium lifts those caps, extends data retention and makes the signature customisable.
