These terms govern the sale of Pingly paid plans by Killian Brzezinski (EI) · Surf Smart, 10 bis rue Pierre Mendès France, 82100 Castelsarrasin, France, SIRET 10479010000010.
Prices are shown on the /premium page in euros, all taxes included. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time it is placed.
An order is placed from the /premium page: you pick a plan, the server it applies to, and confirm the summary. Buying requires the Manage Server permission on the chosen server.
Payment is handled by Mollie B.V., a licensed payment institution. Card details never reach our servers.
The plan is activated on the chosen server as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; the plan stays active until the paid period ends. The Founder pack is paid once and does not renew.
You normally have 14 days to withdraw. Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and waive that right when confirming the order — the waiver is recorded with the order.
A failed renewal opens a 7-day grace period before any downgrade. A refunded or charged-back payment removes the entitlement it paid for.
The service is provided as is, with no availability guarantee. Liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last twelve months.
